I partner with them to help them develop insight so they can grow and change – and accomplish their coaching goals.
Helping them be accountable to their agreed-to-changes leads to sustainability – which leads to coaching success.
Coaching Process
I partner with clients to explore their experiences – what they have learned and treasured – and what they have found compelling and motivating.
I gather feedback from assessments – which may include 360 stakeholder interviews with managers, peers, and team members, and Hogan Assessments – to glean valuable information on how others perceive and experience them. This feedback becomes the foundation – for prioritizing the most important areas to address.
We jointly develop a coaching plan – with clear goals designed to leverage strengths – and to address gaps with behavioral changes.
We meet twice a month – sharing new learning, celebrating success stories, and addressing new challenges.
