Coaching Process
I will partner with you to explore your experiences — what you have learned and treasured — and what you find compelling and motivating.
I gather feedback from your assessments — including 360 stakeholder interviews with your colleagues, and Hogan Assessments — to glean valuable information on how others perceive and experience you — and how you impact others — regardless of your intentions. This feedback becomes the foundation for our coaching — for prioritizing your areas to address and change.
We jointly develop a coaching plan — with clear goals designed to leverage your key strengths — and to address gaps with behavioral changes and accountability. We will share new learning, celebrate success stories, and make adjustments.
