In 25 years in executive search, I recruited board members for companies in multiple industries, of various sizes and stages of growth, and with different business challenges. I assessed candidates on their board readiness, governance competencies, influencing and consensus building skills, learning agility, and leadership styles. I leverage my deep knowledge of board governance, trends, and best practices in coaching my clients.
