My Story

I moved from Hong Kong to the United States as a child and grew up in New York City. I always focused on the power of education and the importance of finding a successful and fulfilling career. I had a rewarding 25-year career in executive search where I assessed over 3,500 professionals making career transitions. I then leveraged my experience — making a career transition myself with the help of a career coach — launching Chan Executive Coach LLC, to help others make their transitions.

I enjoy partnering with executives seeking more meaningful work, women returning to work, and college students and recent graduates starting their careers. I’ve personally experienced the benefits of exploring values and possibilities… identifying and transferring skills… to two rewarding careers.
